I don't have my account, it's been almost two weeks, and when I send an email to customer support, a robot simply replies, “Thank you for your patience, we haven't forgotten about you.” Twenty-four hours is a joke.

Still no account after 7 days

Frankly disappointing. I've been waiting for my account for 7 days and all they do is tell me to wait.

I bought it expecting it to come with much less crystals, however it came with more than advertised, and with even more 4 stars. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in pulling any 4 stars they want.

It’s been 3 days I’ve received nothing more than “you’ll get it soon” which is weird from a website that advertises instant delivery and it can’t even do that. I also got told in the email confirmation that it would take 24 hours or “A LITTLE MORE” which I was fine with until after the second say of waiting. 0/10 do not recommend, don’t advertise something that isn’t real

Arrived really fast and was excited but for some reason it wasnt working and service wasnt as helpful but in the end all I had to do was log out, reinstall app and log back in and boom. Now time to play and pull!
